Ordering Details

How to place an order:

If you have already decided on the items you would like to order, simply take note of the item code. E.g. RKR-O. You can then quote this number and the quantity you would like on WhatsApp or our email address below. We will then create an invoice for you with your details. You can also view our full catalogue at the top of the page which features additional items not listed on the website.

Payment process:

Once we have sent your invoice via email or WhatsApp, we will require payment in full or if you are a first time customer, we will accept a 50% deposit if you so choose. This is only because manufacturing costs materials, time and labour and we need to ensure our costs are covered to keep the business afloat. Once you have made payment, simply email or WhatsApp the proof of payment to us using the provided email address or WhatsApp number below and we will proceed with production.

Processing times:

We typically require 5 - 7 working days to complete orders once proof of payment is received, however, orders can be done much quicker depending on the urgency and how busy we are. We are more than happy to try and accommodate for order deadlines if required!

Custom designs:

For custom products and product ranges, we will always confirm the designs with you first digitally via email or WhatsApp before we proceed with manufacturing to ensure that you are happy with the designs. So don't stress, you are in good hands! :)
